This is my newborn niece, Kaitlyn Joy. She was born 10/4/11 with a hole in her heart. She is being airlifted tonight because the hospital she is at doesn’t offer enough cardiac care in their NICU. So she is going to a larger hospital alone with my brother because my sister-in-law is not well enough to travel yet. 

Please, pray for my sweet Kaitiebug. That she will have God’s hand on her through this all and that my siblings will have the strength to give her every ounce of faith, hope, and love they have in them. 

I’m turning to Tumblr because I’ve seen the power it possess, how quickly word can be spread, and all I am asking is that you reblog this so as many people are praying for my sweet niece and my family as possible. Please and thank you. <3

This guy’s name is Shane Burcaw and he runs a fascinating tumblelog filled with great writing and covered in his pretty kick ass personality.  I found him because of a Staff blog recommendation.
